What can be missed

Images, packaging, certifications, category attributes, seller history, private Seller Central guidance, regional rules, and changing enforcement practice are outside the current scan. A clean result means only that the completed checks did not surface a signal.

How confidence works

A Noul result is the model’s probability of “yes” for one detector question, not calibrated accuracy, enforcement probability, or a legal conclusion. Borderline results are routed to review. Rule matches show match certainty, not policy applicability certainty.

Failures and safe use

Provider failures remain visible and make the report incomplete; deterministic findings may still appear. Verify access-limited policy sources in your authorized account and involve qualified legal or regulatory professionals for consequential decisions.
